Licensing
Licenses are perpetual and tied to an Umbraco major version. They do not expire.
Per-instance licenses
Section titled “Per-instance licenses”One running Umbraco application counts as one instance. A load-balanced farm is still one application because its servers share one database-backed installation ID. Choose the required quantity at checkout.
Agency licenses
Section titled “Agency licenses”An Agency license permits unlimited installs with no max_instances cap or automated over-limit enforcement. Standard license check-ins still report installation telemetry.
Major versions and updates
Section titled “Major versions and updates”A perpetual license includes every update released for its licensed Umbraco major, forever. Moving to a new Umbraco major requires a new license purchase.
License files and rotation
Section titled “License files and rotation”License files are downloaded from your account page; they are never attached to email. Use the account page to rotate and download the current file. Rotation increments the license version and supersedes the previous file.
Purchase policies
Section titled “Purchase policies”- All sales are final and no refunds are offered. Review the documentation and product screenshots before purchasing.
- Prices are in USD, and no tax is collected at checkout.
- Support is billed monthly and paid upfront. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, never mid-period.
