What counts as an application instance?
One running Umbraco application is one instance. A load-balanced farm is still one application: its servers share one database-backed installation ID, while the active server count and registered domains are reported for an accurate picture of the farm.
What does an Agency license cover?
An Agency license permits unlimited installs with no instance reporting.
Does a perpetual license expire?
No. Perpetual licenses have no expiry date. A version-bound license remains limited to the licensed Umbraco LTS major; Intercourse purchases on this page are for v17.
Which Umbraco versions are supported?
The Humble Umbraco package targets Umbraco 17 and Umbraco 18.* Intercourse is currently sold for Umbraco 17, and its license is a hard match for that major version.
* Umbraco 18 is an STS release; support is provided accordingly.
How do I rotate a license key?
Use the account page to reissue and download the current license file. Rotation bumps the license version and supersedes the old file.
What happens when I cancel support?
Support is billed monthly and paid upfront. You may cancel anytime; service continues through the period already paid for.
What updates are included?
Your perpetual license includes every update released for its licensed Umbraco major, forever. Moving to a new Umbraco major requires a new license purchase.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please review the documentation and product screenshots before purchasing.
How are taxes handled?
Prices are in USD, and no tax is collected at checkout.
